Top 10 Things to do in Barranca, Peru

Supe is a dormant fishing harbor with a pier a few kilometers south of the city of Barranca, Peru. Touristically neither is interesting, but at the moment, there are works going on to reconstruct the pier and potentially upgrade it for bigger ships that are anchoring in the bay.

Supe is within 200 km from both Callao (Lima) and Chimbote harbors.

Barranc,. Peru, is an uninteresting place at a distance of less than 200km away from Chimbote in the North and Lima/Callao in the South.

The harbor is in Supe in a bay just south of the coastal hill that marcs Barranca. There are works going on at the foot of the pier and I was being told that the pier will be renovated.
